You will walk up a couple of steps from the secure, flat gravel parking area to your private entrance. This will bring you into your personal accommodation ‘wing’, which comprises of a wide entrance hall, with dining table for breafast and maps of Warwickshire and Gloucestershire on the walls to plan your adventures. This then leads to a large double bedroom and spacious shower room. All on the same level.

TV, radio, mini fridge, hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities.  A variety of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and milk are provided.

Ground floor, one level with a couple of steps to enter property.

Private deck to enjoy the beautiful field views. The deck is next to your accommodation but not directly accessed from it.

Plenty of free, private, secure, off road parking behind an electric gate.

Continental style breakfast included. Served between 0700-0900.

Check in between 1600-1900, unless otherwise agreed.

Check out by 1000 please.

There is no self-check in facility available due to the electric gate.
